I you want the real truth you need to look to the one known as The 'TRUTH'! John 14:6 Jesus told him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one can come to the Father except through me. If you want to know what the truth is check out the bible!
Ah yes, the Truth, I believe in the Truth of the Word of God. I believe the Bible is the “Inerrant and Infallible Word of God” and the Truth lies in the text between the outer covers. The Truth is believing and Living the Word of God. It is my belief; true meaning of the Word of God only comes by reading the Bible, meditation and prayer. For some people, it helps to get a clearer understanding of a Bible text by reading literature of well versed, respected, tried and true theologian (example; Billy Graham). Or, Truth could come from God using someone of Faith speaking the Truth through the Holy Spirit (I believe this is possible). Whatever the direction God has chosen to speak the Truth to someone… we need to be in awe of the Power of God. Most Americans get their religion and or beliefs from the pulpit or even worst from the evening news cast. Over 95% of Americans believe they are Christians. There is a lot of documentation of what American’s believe and this really scares me. Check out http://www.barna.org. Don’t place your faith in this web site there are other sites that you can get similar type information. Remember the antics of Rev. White, prior to and during the election and he claims to be a “Man of God”. WHAT KIND OF TEACHING IS THAT? This brings me to a question; how are we as Christians doing at getting out the Truth? Ashamedly, we are not doing very well. As Christians, what can we do about changing America’s culture? I have a few idea s but I want to hear others before I give you mine.
